Decide how much beef is right for your family! When you place your instructions; our processor, Byron Center Meats, will walk you through the instruction process.
We offer our beef in the portions of wholes, halves, and split halves (quarters). Eighth beef portions are available at Byron Center Meats with no pre-order needed. The portions of beef will be processed at Byron Center Meats, a state-of-the-art facility with modern technology and equipment that exceeds all USDA requirements. The beef will be aged 7-10 days in hanging coolers before the cutting process begins.
$100 deposit required upon ordering.
$200 deposit required upon ordering.
$400 deposit required upon ordering.
We need your deposit to officially begin processing your order. A $100 deposit per quarter required via payment on the website.

When you pick-up your beef at Byron Center Meats, you will pay the remainder of the beef owed in form of check or money order made out to Mapleview Cattle Farm.
Byron Center Meats will text you your total for BCM's processing charge and the total for Mapleview Cattle Farm when the order is ready for pickup!
For Mapleview Cattle Farm:
Our price is charged on the hanging weight of the animal, less your deposit.
For example: 175 lb. hang weight for a 1/4 beef x $3.60/lb = $630.00 (less your deposit of $100) = $530.00
Processing For Byron Center Meats:
The price is charged on the hanging weight of the animal, kill fee, ground beef, and any patties you decide to order.
For example: 175 lb. hang weight for a 1/4 beef x $0.74/lb + average kill fee (approx. $45) + 65 lbs of ground beef ($0.15/lb = $9.75) = $185
